A few nice liposuction photos images I found:
Wonderful liposuction photos:
Thinking of changing my buddy icon, but I dunno . . .

Original and digitally altered self-portrait montage.
I am wondering about the advisability of changing my user icon/buddy icon/avatar/whatever it’s called. I’m considering using one of these, possibly.
I really like my current one and it’s different from all of those with photos, so I am conflicted.
Any opinions?

Ew, chins! Emergency liposuction, stat!

I think it’s a great idea!
I like all the choices, but I think the last two, because they’re more colorful, might be more memorable, which is always a good thing with so many other tiny faces in this place! ( ;
Love your hair BTW.
I like the 3rd one and the 5th one! I wear glasses, too.
I like the black and white because it is less colorful
I wear glasses, too, but who doesn’t at my age?
I shoulda known I wouldn’t get a consensus here! But that’s what’s so much fun about flickr, LOL. I’m so change-averse that I needed to take the pulse of my flickr friends and contacts to see what they might say!

(Not that you wanted to know all this, but that haircut is the last good one I’ve had since leaving my hairdresser in Massachusetts. I used to be able to wash my hair, run some styling gel through it and then dry it upside down. I cannot seem to get a stylist to LAYER my hair and I am forever looking for a salon that will cut it the way I like. Taking photos with me doesn’t help either! So frustrating.)

I see you’ve gone pro AND changed your buddy icon, too! I liked the sunflower, but the new one is very colorful and a little less conventional. I’m all about unconventional!
[http://www.flickr.com/photos/21686909@N07/] budderflyman, thanks for your perspective!
BTW, I owe you a reply to one of your comments from a while back when you asked me what kind of camera I was currently using. It was in reference to the photo of my red Crocs in the snow—do you recall that? Well, the camera in the photo here is my one and only camera and needs replacing. In case you can’t tell from the photos, it’s a ten-year old Sony Mavica FD83. I bought it to use for eBay photos and it served that purpose very well. However, it has now become more frustrating than I can stand since I’ve gotten into flickr and I want something that will eliminate the focusing problem I’m having and the camera shake (lack of image stabilization) that I’m experiencing.
I’m not ready for a DSLR and I want a camera with both auto and manual focus. Size is not important (in this case, hahah!), therefore a compact camera isn’t a priority. I have other "wants" I won’t go into here. (Maybe we can email off flickr?)
Oh yeah, I went pro yesterday! Thanks for noticing.
Oh, and I’ll probably change my buddy icon about a million times a month. I’m just like that. But it wasn’t a sunflower before, it was two little illustrated birds. I want to put a sunflower in but none of them seem to fit in that tiny space!
Hi, there! Love seeing a photo of you, along with the bonus shots. As for an icon change, I think it’s a great idea, and I can see any of these working beautifully! (How’s that for helpful?) Why do you think you’re not ready for a DSLR? It seems like it would answer all the requirements you’ve listed — but that’s just me…
I like the first one. Your hair looks tamer than mine and a prettier colour, but I think we look a little alike. I’m not wearing glasses in this photo, but I normally do…

…and it’s so wonderful to put a face to all of the wonderful comments we’ve shared back and forth!
Hey, sister! Maybe we were separated at birth? Whaddaya think?
Actually, I wish mine had as much natural curl as your hair has.
Love your face and I treasure our lovely connection!
When the rain is pouring and the wind is howling and the dogs want their walk on the beach, I come in looking like I’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards. I kid you not!
I just know that if we showed up on each other’s doorsteps, we’d feel as though we’ve been mates for donkey’s years and our jaws would get sore from gabbing. How wonderful that we’ve had the chance to meet through our photographs on flickr. I treasure the connection, too.
