Hi LucaBlightBadass I have been going hard for 31/2 years working out with Beachbody products(hardcore workouts)and lifting weights and watching diet; I had a baby and gained 76 lbs and lost over 100lbs since having her which in turn has left me with alot of extra skin on my midsection, the top area is nice but bottom area not so,,, my dr looked at it and said the elasticity is gone, so tummy tuck is the only way.. tryed rodial, and wraps… surgery is necessary…

@nokiannie it’s normal to be scared of the unknown, but if you had thee c-sections and a hysterectomy, this is NOTHING compared to those recoveries. The muscle repair for the first few wks feels like you over did the ab work out, the incision does not hurt at all, in fact it’s numb and never hurt me at all. I walked out of the surgery center the day of surgery and went home, slept in a recliner for a few days but was up helping myself for the most part that first day. Back to work in 11 days
@FreakMagnet66 I know what you mean its the same for me ive had Three ceserians hysterctimy and several other operations i work out every day walk for two hours every morning i do sit up above the belly button im okay but bellow its bad cause i have a scar down the middle of my tummy .Normally i get a tummy tuck in october bit scared though
